Bush Hammering – Nicking System Rollplate Nicking 3-15

The bush hammering/nicking system Rollplate® Nicking 3-15 is a bush-hammering and/or nicking tool, which makes it possible to work on surfaces in natural stone (marble, limestone and granite). The final finish is known as nicking, which gives the stone a more rustic finish.

This tool allows an adaptation to an accessory disk with ring to fit stationary machines (older models), or even adaptation through an accessory disk with specific drilling to most (more recent) stationary machines or to another type of automatic polishing machine. The tips used in the rollers manufactured by Iberdin®, are high quality tungsten carbide tips, which allows them to have a high performance and therefore great resistance to wear.

Its rollers are easy to replace, which allows quick and preventive maintenance, in order to increase the product’s life.
